Programs & Groups
We run Social Support Clubs, Learning and Development Programs and Group Respite for our participants, that aims to provide adolescents and adults with special needs the opportunity to mix socially with others and participate in a variety of activities which can teach them new skills and enhance the quality of their lives.

What are the Social Clubs about?
Joining one of our programs and clubs is about YOU, meeting other people and making new friends, trying different activities and finding out what you like to do, having a say in what activities you do, learning some new skills, feeling good about yourself and becoming more independent and confident
Members come from throughout the Shoalhaven and surrounds and participate in activities as a group. Club members are supported on the activities by Interchange Shoalhaven support workers and volunteers.

Bowling Group: Have fun with other Adults with a disability and learn a new skill and make new friends.
Jasper’s Men’s Group: This is where Men get together and do everything Men love to do, while bonding and making lifetime friendships.
FLAIR – Adult Day Program: FLAIR helps Adults with disabilities to explore their interests and abilities through life long learning skills based activities. Those at FLAIR are encouraged to shine bright and live life with FLAIR in a safe and fun environment.
Jellybeans: Learn to cook easy, yummy and healthy recipes in a safe and fun environment!
Bakachef: Learn to cook easy, yummy and healthy recipes in a safe and fun environment!
TGG: If you’re a teenage girl wanting to hang out with other teenage girls while cooking and learning new skills, get in touch!
REC Club: The aim of the RECREATION CLUB Program is to offer social /leisure opportunities for adolescents with an intellectual disability who have low support needs.
Leisure Link North: The aim of the Leisure Link Program is to offer social / leisure opportunities in a group setting for adults with a disability who have low support needs.
Leisure Link South: The aim of the Leisure Link Program is to offer social / leisure opportunities in a group setting for adults with a disability who have low support needs.
